Our booking form asks for your name, phone number, email address, the type of cleaning you want, and a short description. We never request payment details or door codes through this website.
The information goes toward answering you, preparing a quote, and arranging your cleaning. It stays inside Velvet Wind Cleaning; we do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to advertisers.
We hold your details while you are a client and for up to three years after your last booking so we can honor guarantees, then remove them from our records.
You can request a copy of what we store, ask us to fix it, or have it deleted whenever you wish, and residents covered by CCPA-style rules have the same options. A quick email to hello@velvetwindclean.com is all it takes.
Sensible safeguards protect the details you provide, and access is restricted to the team members who arrange and deliver your cleaning.
