A booking request begins a conversation and is confirmed only once we reply with a date and price. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to change or cancel a scheduled visit so we can offer the slot to someone else.
If something is missed during a clean, let us know within 24 hours and we will return to put it right at no extra charge. This promise is our commitment to you and does not limit your legal rights.
The words, layout, and images across this website belong to Velvet Wind Cleaning unless credited elsewhere, and may not be reused commercially without our written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, and any dispute concerning the website will be settled by the courts of Marion County, Indiana.
